SCRABBLE© RULES
Scrabble is a very easy and simple game to understand and play. At
BingoBinge it is even easier as we take care of the hassles of scoring and picking random tiles. The interface of
BingoBinge has been carefully designed so that people new to the game have little difficulty in understanding the nuances of the game and the unique features that we offer. In any case, given below are steps explaining how a game is started, played and completed:

To start a game, you either have to host a game or join a game hosted by another player. When you host a game you will be offered a few options regarding gameplay. If you have any doubts, please visit the Server and Gameplay Commands sections.

01. When you start a game on
BingoBinge, both players will automatically get seven tiles, generated randomly by the computer, to form words. The player who hosted the game will play the first turn. In the first turn, the player will have to combine two or more of his or her tiles to form a word and place it on the board to read either across or down with one letter on the center square (indicated with the B logo). Diagonal words are not allowed.
02. When you have placed your tiles to form a word, click on
PLAY. If the word is accepted by the computer's dictionary then your turn is over and your opponent's clock starts. In case of a 'challenge' game, the turn ends if the move is not challenged by the opponent. A fresh number of tiles equal to the number you played in your turn, will be generated randomly. When your opponent plays his turn, he too will get the same number of tiles he played. This way the game continues until there are no more tiles left.
03. All letters played on a turn must be placed in one row across or down the board, to form at least one complete word. If, at the same time, they touch others letters in adjacent rows, those must also form complete words, crossword fashion, with all such letters. The player gets full credit for all words formed or modified on his or her turn.
Always try to get more points by making as many words as possible in one turn. Please read on further to know about special squares, and after registering, do not forget to visit the tips and tricks section.
