06. Making public accusations against other players (including in finger notes) including but not limited to accusations of abuse or accusations of cheating.
07. Connecting to the server as a guest to get around censors or noplays directed to your playing account by another player.
08. Imitating server messages or attempting to pass yourself off as a staff member.
09. Distributing, buying, selling, handling, or attempting to gain the personal information of another person (including real name, email address, password etc) without permission, or any server related file or screen information which is not available to all registered users by legal server means, or any server document or correspondence not intended for general viewing. Attempting to obtain such information by deceit is not permitted.
10. Giving (whether requested or not) or using assistance while playing rated games with or without the opponent's permission is strictly prohibited. If someone is offering you help, it is your duty to ignore him and report if he continues. Assistance includes, but is not limited to, advising members during a game of a move or swapping tiles etc. It is also strictly against rules, to use aids like an anagram solver, without prior agreement with the opponent, during gameplay.
11. Accusing someone of abusing or cheating in the lobby. Please note, resigning and quitting are not one and the same. A person has full right to resign a game if he/she thinks it is lost. Accusing such an act in the lobby is a serious offence. You can report people who you think are quitters, to an admin.
12. Disconnecting from a game and refusing to resume in order to avoid losing, or for the purpose to analyze the game. To report this please message the adjudicate department, not abuse, with details.
13. Flooding or spamming e-mail accounts of users and administrators is strictly prohibited.
