Communicating with someone online
The easiest and quickest way to communicate with an individual player, is by using the chat feature. Just click on the "Players" tab. Then, right click on the user you would like to chat with, and from the menu, select "Chat". Once you do this, a new private chat box will open and you can chat comfortably with the user. Another alternative is using the tell command. In th command input area near the big, red "Send Command" button, type and enter "tell (username) (message)".
Communicating with someone offline
The message command is the best way to communicate with a player who is offline. You can send anyone a message by typing "message username your message". For example, "message rajatag Hello!". Once you have sent a message to a particular person, he or she will recieve it once online. To check your messages, you can either click on the "Inbox" button, or you may use the messages command. Please note that you cannot withdraw a message once sent.
Simultaneous communication with multiple players
The shout command may be used to communicate with all the players online. You may either shout by selecting the button from the panel, or by typing "shout" followed by your message in the text input area. Please note that irrelevant shouts are not appreciated by members. Shouts should be of general interest and it is advisable that they be something useful.
Administrators
If you have any sort of problem, it is best to talk to an administrator online. A few administrators will probably be logged in at any given time. To see the list of administrators, simple click on the "Admins" button in the panel. Once you get the list of admins available, you can use the "Tell" command to communicate quickly and efficiently. An admin will try his level best to sort out your problem as soon as possible. If by chance however, an admin is not available, consider shouting your problem or by asking service representatives. Service Representatives
Service representatives are users who have a deep and clear understanding of all the various features of BingoBinge. If you have any sort of problem, you may opt to ask a service representative (SR) for help. SRs will probably be able to sort out your problem, and give you certain tips or shortcuts for a richer experience.
